Resetting a forgotten password
These instructions show you the steps and what to look for if you forget your password and need to reset it. You will not actually be able to click on anything within these instructions. They are just for demonstration.
1. Click on the link that says, "Forgotten your username or password?" It is important that you make sure that the username and password fields are blank before you click on the "Forgotten your username or password" link.
2. Then on the next screen, enter your email address in the "Search by email address" box. An email will be sent to this address with instructions on resetting your password. This must be the same email address that was given to the school when you enrolled. You will then need to go to that email account and open the email and follow those instructions. This is why it is important to always have your most up to date information in your Moodle profile including your email address.
